Blackberry, birch and nettle leaves contain natural tannins and minerals that create a smooth, refreshing base. Mate adds a light note of natural caffeine and hibiscus provides fruit acids that enhance the blend’s lively character. The formulation represents the Body Shape line through its clean, green balance of freshness and herbal clarity.

Ingredients:

Use 12–15 teaspoons (about 12–15 g) per 1 liter of water.
Pour boiling water (100 °C) over the tea and let it steep for 7–10 minutes.
